Part 1:
You know that you're a grudging geek if...
...you know every line of the original three Star Wars and never admit it in public, or in front of girls.
...you know more pi to more then 10 decimal places (i.e. 3.14159265358979...)
...you watched Comic Con coverage on G4 in full. And taped it (in secret of course).
...you know what a laser disc is, and try to explain to your friends that they are cooler than DVDs (size does matter)
...you actually like Tim Burton's Batman. Still.
...you watch Nova documentaries on TV, even if you watched these same documentaries in school. Nat Geo, Discovery, and the History channels are all regulars in your schedule too.
...The new Star Trek movie made you go to CBS.com and watch some old episodes of Star Trek: TOS.
...You've read all of Orson Scott Card's Enderverse and wait (too) expectantly for Shadows in Flight to come out.

...You clicked on two or more of those links.
...You already know what the Hatrack River Forums/site is and have been there. (And wanted to join Battle School before realizing that it is inactive...sadly).
...If you noticed the inconsistent grammatical tendencies of the author within this list.
...If you are reading and enjoying this list (and secretly wait for more).
I'll post more lists like this in the future when I have nothing else to write about.
