While it may not be as simple as this in more sophisticated areas, in Arkansas it is just this simple.
1. Legally create your business with the state 150 dollars.
2. Order fliers, business cards, post cards, and a T-shirt for a uniform at Vista Print for 40 bucks.
3. Leave the business cards around town, the flyers on bulletin boards, and mail the post cards out to the richest parts of town.
4. Set up a local Google number for tax purposes 60 dollars.
5. Order computer magazines to keep up to date with technology. (30 dollars)
6. Wait for the calls.
So far 2 clients with more to come.
