We have had some very bad luck. The day my husband came home our water pipes busted. It took four days to get fixed. Now his wound looks infected. He will be going to the doctor to have his staples removed and see if it is infected tomorrow.
I was in a wreck today. Just four hours ago. My son and I were in the back seat of my friends car when a woman shot out in front of us. We hit her head on. My son went into shock from the pain of the impact of his stomach on his car seat. He turned blue on the lips, was crying and shaking. Then went quiet and stopped moving all before the ambulance arrived. I freaked out. I was almost hyper ventilating when they strapped my 2 year old son to a large leg splint to take him to the hospital. He is fine, his belly hit the car seat. If it weren't for the car seat he would be dead. He has to go back to the doctor in 2 days. The doctor said if he starts vomiting we must rush him to the hospital immediately via ambulance, so I have to keep an eye on him. I however have a fractured nose from where my face broke the front passenger seat. It hurts like hell. My nose isn't out of place so the doctor said it's best to leave it alone and not mess with it. They can't do anything for me anyhow really. I do look like I have 2 black eyes. I am just thankful to have my son honestly.
My friend and his son are fine, but his wife and daughter got hurt. His daughter may have a broken ankle. His wife does have a head injury and an injured knee. His car is totalled. Just thought I'd let everyone know. We have been having such a string of bad luck.
